I founded TechVerse Enclave in 2023 as a space for passionate minds across AI, web development, cybersecurity, data science and startups to learn, share and build together. It's since grown past 500 developers, and I've personally mentored 200+ students through it.
What the community actually offers
- Knowledge sharing and resources.
- Project collaboration and brainstorming.
- Updates on events, hackathons and opportunities.
- A network of like-minded tech professionals and learners, not just a chat group.
Formats that worked
Sessions with a live build on screen consistently outperformed slide-only talks — students showed up, stayed, and asked better questions when there was something concrete happening in front of them, whether that was a Changethon project showcase or a live AI mentorship demo.
Formats that flopped
Pure announcement posts with no substance behind them got engagement but no depth — people reacted, nobody built anything. The community grows on substance, not frequency.
If you want to start one on your campus
Start with five people who will actually show up, not fifty who might. TechVerse started as a small admin team — Raman Shukla, Saksham Gupta, Nikhil Tiwari, Bidhan Bhattacharya, Om Tripathi and me — before it was five hundred members.
Where this started
GenAI engineer and AI product builder with 2+ years shipping production-grade AI systems: RAG pipelines, fine-tuned LLMs, hybrid retrieval and multi-modal apps across vision, speech and OCR, architected end to end from ingestion to deployment. Leads engineering for SCULT INDIA's 14-member team, founded the 500+ member TechVerse Enclave community and has mentored 200+ students. Three hackathon first prizes: Changethon 2025 (IIT Roorkee), Product Genesis at Vividhotsava 2025 (CSJMU Kanpur) and BYTEBATTLE (MeetKats).
Open to GenAI roles, hackathon judging, mentorship sessions and guest talks at colleges. Email pranjulrathour41@gmail.com.
