The demo is the only part of a pitch a judge can't argue with — if it runs. Four pitches on stage this past year (Krishi Gyan, BrandHive, Annapurna, STROT) and a seat at judging tables taught me the same thing from both sides: most demos don't fail on code, they fail on Wi-Fi, a cold cache, or a path nobody rehearsed. This is the checklist I run before any live demo now — the offline fallback, the two-path rule, what to do when the model is random, and what judges are actually watching for while you type. I also build tools.scult.in — 15 free tools, 1,200+ prompts and a 50,000-skill library, free for anyone, no signup.
