February 2025, National Social Summit, IIT Roorkee. Changethon's theme was education in agriculture. Team Techverse — Raman Shukla, Saksham Gupta and me — built Krishi Gyan: an AI agribot that gives farmers real-time guidance, in their own voice and language. React on the front, Python Flask behind it, Gemini Flash for the answers. It took 1st prize. A month later VSICS Kanpur presented us a Certificate of Appreciation for it, and in April we closed an AI mentorship session for first-years with a showcase of the same project. This deck is the build: what the bot had to do, how three people split it, and what I'd change now. I also build tools.scult.in — 15 free tools, 1,200+ prompts and a 50,000-skill library, free for anyone, no signup.
