People ask why the campus sessions are free. Because in April 2025 someone let a second-year BCA student run an AI mentorship session in a seminar hall in Kanpur, and three months later the same student was addressing 100+ first-years at their induction. Nobody charged me for the stage. I'm not going to charge students for it either. What I do ask for is the boring stuff that makes a session work: two dates and the students' year, a projector with HDMI tested on a laptop that isn't mine, a room where everyone can plug in, and someone from the organising team who owns the day. This deck is the why, and the checklist. I also build tools.scult.in — 15 free tools, 1,200+ prompts and a 50,000-skill library, free for anyone, no signup.
